Who we share your data with

We self host a PowerSchool student information system implementation and legally required contact info is contained in house.  Contact info will be used for parent newsletter communication and is processed via Send Grid (https://sendgrid.com/resource/general-data-protection-regulation/).  We also use the RenWeb student information system in some schools (https://www.renweb.com/privacy-policy/) as well as FACTS for tuition management (https://factsmgt.com/privacy-policy/)

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Google Analytics keeps your browser type, screen size amongst other computer client information, and location data for marketing purposes inside the United States of America.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Enrolled families can be directly emailed from our student information system PowerSchool and because of Utah state and U.S. federal law we keep that information indefinitely.  We also will extract information from PowerSchool and use a third part emailing firm SendGrid and their GDPR policy is here: https://sendgrid.com/resource/general-data-protection-regulation/.
